Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us — when you fill the contact form or message us: your name, phone number, email address, business type and your message.
• Client account information — for businesses we build websites for: contact person, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business name, and the content you provide for your website (text, menus, services, prices).
• Billing records — plan, amounts and dates of payments you make to us. We do not collect or store card numbers; payments are settled directly with us.
• WhatsApp messages — messages you send to our business WhatsApp number are stored so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To build, host and maintain your website.
• To respond to inquiries and support requests.
• To send service and billing notifications (payment reminders, confirmations, launch notices) — primarily via WhatsApp.
• To operate our referral program (crediting free months to referrers).
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

WhatsApp communications

We send service notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. When you communicate with us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by Meta under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp notifications at any time.

Who we share data with

Only the service providers that run our platform, and only what they need to function: our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Neon) and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for messaging. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

The public website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single session cookie is used to keep administrators signed in to the management dashboard.

Data retention & your rights

We keep client records for as long as your website is with us, and billing records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time — contact us on WhatsApp at +961 71 859 197 or email admin@websity.tech, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
