1. The service

Websity (websity.tech) designs, builds, hosts and manages websites for businesses. By ordering a website or using our services you agree to these terms. Questions? WhatsApp +961 71 859 197 or admin@websity.tech.

2. Plans & payments

• Subscription plans — a one-time setup fee plus a recurring subscription (billed monthly, every few months, or yearly, as agreed). Monthly and multi-month plans include the first month free after launch; yearly plans are paid for the year at launch.
• One-time plans — a single agreed price; final pricing depends on the project's size and complexity.
• Payment reminders are sent (primarily via WhatsApp) before and after the due date. If a subscription payment remains unpaid after reminders and a grace period, the website may be temporarily suspended until payment is received, after which it is restored.
• Fees already paid are not refundable once the related work has been delivered.

3. Your content & responsibilities

• You own the business content you give us (names, text, menus, prices, images) and you confirm you have the right to use it.
• Your website may not be used for unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may decline or remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping the business information on your site accurate.

4. Our platform

The Websity platform, designs, code and tooling remain Websity's property. Your website stays hosted and maintained by us while your plan is active. If you have a one-time plan, the delivered website is yours; hosting arrangements are agreed separately.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time — your website is then taken offline at the end of the paid period. We keep your website's content for a reasonable time so it can be restored if you return; you can also ask us to delete it.

6. Referral program

Every client gets a personal referral link. When a person you refer becomes a paying client and their website goes live, you receive one free month on your subscription, applied automatically to your next payment. One free month per converted referral; the program may be adjusted or ended for abuse.

7. WhatsApp communications

As a client you agree to receive service and billing notifications on the WhatsApp number you provide (launch notices, payment reminders, confirmations). You can opt out any time by telling us — reminders will then reach you by other means.

8. Availability & liability

We work to keep websites online around the clock, but no hosting service can promise zero interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Websity's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
